What can I return for a refund within 90 days?

  1. New, unused items with original packaging
  2. Defective merchandise

Need to exchange an unworn product?
Simply order the replacement product from SoccerPlusUSA.com and send the original item back for a refund to the original method of payment.

Was this a gift?
We can issue an e-gift card for the value of the gift that you received. When returning the item, follow all of the other steps, but YOU MUST also include 1) your contact information and 2) the email where you'd like to receive the gift card.

HOW TO RETURN

Our new returns process (orders placed 4/4/23 or later) can be handled quickly online:

  • You'll just need your order number and zip code.
  • Go to our online returns portal to enter the information and select your return reason
  • The portal will generate a prepaid UPS shipping label
  • Once the package comes back to us, we'll process the return within 1-3 business days
  • We'll deduct $7.99 from the amount of the return if you use one a prepaid label, or you may elect to send the item at your expense

OFFLINE RETURNS (or orders placed prior to 4/4/23) 

  • For returns done outside the online returns portal, please download, print, and fill out the form below. Include a copy with your return.
  • Download Return Form
  • Mail the package back to Soccer Plus/Runners Plus, Attn: Returns, 8970 Kingsridge Dr, Dayton, OH 45458

 

    All purchases from Soccer Plus can be returned to one of our stores or mailed back within 90 days from the original purchase. We suggest trying all merchandise on in a clean, indoor area before going outside to ensure your items fit. All products must be returned unworn, unused, and unlaundered with original packaging, manufacturer's tags and a copy of the original invoice. Defective merchandise may be returned with 90 days. Manufacturer's warranties that surpass our defective return policy will have to be handled with that specific manufacturer.

    Additional Guidelines

    • Returns on unworn, unused, and unlaundered products with original packaging, and manufacturer's tags after 90 days of purchase will be refunded at the current sale price. 
    • Customized items cannot be returned for any reason other than a manufacturer defect.
    • Defective merchandise may be returned with 90 days. Manufacturer's warranties that surpass our defective return policy will have to be handled with that specific manufacturer.

    The below issues are NOT considered a manufacturers defect and are not returnable

    • FOOTWEAR
      • Color loss
      • Loose threads
      • Small gaps between the upper and outsole
      • Worn out toes, cleats, and soles
      • Heel counter damage from forcing your heel into rear of shoe
      • Improper care (i.e. dry rotting, mildew, etc.)
      • Worn insoles
      • Any cosmetic issue that does not effect the performance of the shoe.
      • Blisters from fitting your shoes to big or small. The size you choose is a personal choice.
    • CLOTHING
      • Damage due to improper laundering
      • Damage due to ripping off tags
      • Pulls in fabric
